Alicia Keys and Queen Latifah’s ‘Secret Life of Bees’: The Institutionalization and Militarized Proliferation of Racism Attracts the Death Penalty and Life in Prison

Everyone in the coalition remembers where they were in late December 2006 when the Fiefdom treatise discovered Chinada principals had institutionalized racism of Africans in Canada.  It created an instant firestorm of protest; one that reverberated through the halls of both American superpower and Buckingham Palace.

Since then the partnership has been on a mission as much to save the world from the proliferation of stealth cognition technologies as from the expansion of bigotry; threatening assassination and life incarceration for anyone who would turn back the clock of civil rights.

It was an easy guess what ‘The Secret Life of Bees’ was about, given who has the staring roles.  Alicia Keys became a coalition partner in November 2006 and Queen Latifah in June 2007.  Both have lexiconic gestures named after them.  With the institutionalization of racism proven to exist in Canada as a result of the Ottawa-Toronto-Montreal-(Beijing) triangle of power and wealth being intellectually empty and morally feral – in a phrase ‘serial human rights abusers’ – the coalition had yet another justification for effecting regime change in the country; since failing to fix Canada’s systemic dysfunctionalities and containing and neutralizing the Chinada threat would mean vile discrimination would expand across the planet as the Chinese and Canadians increased the size and scope of their sphere of control and influence.

Set in South Carolina in 1964, this is the tale of Lily Owens (Dakota Fanning), a 14-year-old girl who is haunted by the memory of her late mother Deborah Owens (played by Hilarie Burton). To escape her lonely life and troubled relationship with her father T. Ray (played by Paul Bettany), Lily flees with Rosaleen (Jennifer Hudson), her caregiver and only friend, to a South Carolina town that holds the secret to her mother's past. Taken in by the intelligent and independent Boatwright sisters — August (Queen Latifah), May (Sophie Okonedo) and June (Alicia Keys) — Lily finds solace in their mesmerizing world of beekeeping and develops a romance with her new friend Zach (Tristan Wilds). She learns about woman power as the Boatwright sisters show her their black Mary and her mother's past and much more.

Producers embed the lexicon throughout in three ways.  One was to insert the condemnation and prison certainty colors and patterns throughout on a regular basis.  The second involved dialogue that was red flagged as geo-relevant.

And the third comes in the form of choosing the leading male role.  It was a powerful choice – because of what it imports.  Producers chose Paul Bettany to play Lily’s father, who starred as Nicole Kidman’s love interest in ‘Dogville’.  It will be recalled that the entire town, representative of Vancouver’s rich, powerful and Chinese, were slaughtered en masse in the final scene for what they did*.  As all Fiefdom treatise recipients are aware, the Geo Uber-Achievement Award winning film became the paradigmatic and most often employed lexiconic constituent to threaten lethal military force and capital punishment.

* See the link to the YouTube video of the final scene in Revisiting Dogville’s Final Scene: “If There’s Any Town This World Would be Better Without, [Vancouver] is It.”

The geo-politicization of ‘The Secret Life of Bees’ is fully underway after Lily escapes her cruel father, rescues her friend Rosaleen and hits the road for places unknown.  As they are resting in a forest for the evening an argument breaks out.  Producers insert a piece of black luggage with a coalition identifying three white stripes.  This adds to what has been prison certainty on Lily for most of the movie to that point.

Lily criticizes her friend for exacerbating an altercation with racists that led them to beating her senseless.  When the cops show up they arrest her and then detain her in hospital.

Lily:                  That man was going to come back and kill you or worse; and I go and get you out of [hospital detention] and this is how you thank me?  Well, fine.

This was the first instance of express coercive diplomacy, threatening to annihilate those who seek to reverse civil rights gains.

They end up in a small town seeking sustenance.  Lily approaches a storekeeper.  On the window behind him are two advertisements.  Both are white with red lettering: Canada.  The first offers 12 items (coalition identifier) for 86 cents (compensation ratifier).  The other has the amounts of 98 cents (China identifier) and 54 cents; making it three geo-politicized numbers out of four.

Lily sees a logo on honey jars in the window display that matches what her mother gave her; and she inquires about the product.  The storekeeper advises her that a local woman produces it; and Lily seeks her out.  He describes her house as having been painted pink and thus unable to miss.

It would eventually be evident producers chose this color because lexiconically it’s the color of condemnation in a racist context; since the house is the residence of the characters played by Queen Latifah and Alicia Keys.  Throughout the rest of the movie the house and reminders of the Dogville character repeatedly high profile the threat that institutionalizing and militarily proliferating bigotry triggers the death penalty.

Lily and Rosaleen are given lodgings in the shed out back.  As they get settled in the audience sees three old license plates nailed on the wall for decoration.   They are red, white and black: Canadian punishment certainty.

When the two are on their respective beds they engage in conversation about their new landlords.  A particular camera angle is employed because Rosaleen’s body shields a portion of one license plate – exposing only “E12”; identifying the coalition and its Triple “E” formulation for objective attainment.

Rosaleen:       I never met Negro women like them neither.  How much land she say they got?

Lily:                  Twenty-eight acres.

Rosaleen:       It’s like they got their own spot in the world and a house they don’t come in.

Lily:                 Well, that’s a good think.  We’ll be safe here, right?

The script is authored here to draw attention to the geographical line in the global sand box where totalitarianism isn’t allowed to cross.  Coalition partners won’t directly interfere in China’s internal political circumstances, but if the Beijing leadership tries to impose its racist ideology outside the country's borders there is going to be a concerted effort to contain and neutralize that initiative.

When the two settled vagabonds wake up the next morning, they enter the kitchen to have breakfast.  The East-West diplomatic corridor audience observes what producers place on the table.  They had a wide variety of choices as to what should be in the fruit bowl.  They went with bananas to high profile the Custodian Chief’s lab monkey status (1, 2, 3, 4, 5).

Curiosity arises amongst the newcomers because everyone in the house is named after a month:

Rosaleen:       How com y’all got names from calendar?

May:                We had an April too, but she died [embellished, protracted R-S M., Bush M.] when she was little.

Producers didn’t just insert a ‘gun to the temple’ Richie-Santelli Maneuver.  They accentuated and prolonged it to make the point that proliferating racism is not only intolerable, it attracts assassination and capital punishment.

Lily meets a young African-American lad who helps her with the honey harvest.  He tells her he wants to become a lawyer.  She’s choreographed to execute a Diaz Maneuver to his remark about himself “Zac, the ass-busting lawyer” to characterize one of the Custodian Chief’s primary job descriptions as a coalition partner.

When August and Lily are attending to the hives geo-dialogue is scripted to underscore coalition confidentiality: August: “These bees have a secret life we don’t know anything about”.  Lilly executes a double-handed McGraw-Jackson Maneuver.

The subject of secrecy was covered in Dreamwork’s ‘Monsters vs. Aliens’: The State of War, Prison Certainty, Quantum and If You Want Longevity Don’t Violate Coalition Confidentiality.

Eventually Lily confesses the story she fed August when she arrived was fabricated.  She describes how she accidentally shot her mother when she and her father were embroiled in an argument.   August discloses she used to be her mother’s nanny and seeks to comfort her.

August:            That’s a terrible thing to live with. […]  There’s love all around you.  Give me your hand. [Lily rises from living-room floor; August: Latifah M.; they move to porch]  I started takin’ care of [your mother] Debra when she was 9 back in Virginia over 7 years [ago].  ‘till my grand mama died and left me this place [Colbert M.].

Translated: the Custodian Chief is admired and adored; and not only will he take possession of his quantum (9+7=16), but also will be given Canada to do with as he sees fit.   With the movie release in October 2008, this foreshadowed his election to the Custodian-in-Council’s top executive position in April 2009.

Lily’s father finally figures out where his daughter escaped to and shows up.  The confrontation is imbued with the lexicon: attire and set colors and patterns.  He’s in prison certainty and quantum.  Lily’s in Presidential quantum.  August and June’s in prison certainty and Rosaleen condemnation.

Producers create a Canadian prison certainty background out of two white door jams, a white ornamental pillar in the hallway and red walls.

June walks in after things heat up:

June:               Everybody all right?

August:           Be all right.  This is Mr. Owens, Lily’s father.  He came here for a visit.  Mr. Owens, you’ll be doin’ Lily and us a big favor by leavin’ her here.  I made her my apprentice beekeeper.  She’s learnin’ the whole business.  We love Lily.  […]  We’re gonna take care of her.  I promise you that.

Father:            Well, good riddance.

[walks out of house and Lily follows to his truck]

Lily:                 The day my mom died you said she was only comin’ back for her things.  Is that true.

Father:             [George W.-Diaz-Eva M.] No, no she was comin’ for you.

Lily:                  Why did you lie?

Father:             [Sarkozy M.] ‘Cause she didn’t come for me.

[drives away]

Translation:   (i) Chinada principals are best advised to give up all claim to the Custodian Chief.   (ii) He’s been under the apprenticeship of the world’s movers and shakers who educated him sufficiently to undertake any responsibility: Six Times the Coalition Offers the Canadian Lawyer the Position of Custodian-in-Council's First Chief Executive.  (iii) (a) The coalition is going to geographically liberate him in due course and (b) the partnership is coming after those who sought to not only violate domestic and international law, but also expand racism throughout the world.

In the last scene of the film Lily is writing in her diary.  On the right page where she’s making her last entry there are five lines of text.  The left page is covered with her hand and there are also five lines.   She removes her left hand to expose six more.  Total there are 16 lines of memories – a very clever way to high profile the Fiefdom treatise qua enslaving human experimentation, torture and isolation-deprivation diary and generate a coalition identifying compensation ratifier.
